Description

Bright pale straw to straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Nosing evokes aromas of pear with a distinct smoky mineral overlay followed by some wet stone and spice notes.

On the palate pear and lime flavours overlay slatey mineral and subtle smoky gun flint characters. Finishes dry with fresh acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
